A significant fire erupted on Friday afternoon in the slums near Golghar, located in the heart of Patna, Bihar's capital. Despite the intensity of the blaze, fortunately, no casualties have been reported thus far.
The fire took on a huge shape within a very short time. After receiving the information, several fire brigade vehicles reached the spot, and workers started extinguishing the fire.
Reports indicated the explosion of several gas cylinders, later it was confirmed that about six gas cylinders had exploded. Fire brigade personnel have now almost controlled the fire. There is no information yet about any casualties in this fire incident.
Earlier, it was said that, due to the westerly wind, the flames had taken on a huge form. In such a situation, a lot of effort was required to extinguish the fire.
